•Participants must submit a formal and well-crafted written account of the event.

•The Participants are given the liberty to choose their type of report they wish to present.

•The types of report are:

1. Conduct an interview, ask relevant questions, and summarize the responses in no more than 75 words.

 2. Write an analytical report or article, ensuring any expressed opinions are substantiated with verified  facts, within a 100 word limit.

 3.Produce a purely factual report, devoid of personal opinions, summarizing the allocated event in under 100 words.

•Submissions must adhere to the prescribed format outlined for the event.

•All reports must be based strictly on the event and room assigned to the participant on the day of the competition.

•The report should be submitted on Day 1 before 6:30pm.
